Products purchased on www.mycafegourmands.com are shipped via third-party delivery providers, such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, who will handle the shipping of orders to the address you provided during checkout.

Due to the perishable and fresh nature of our products (pastries, desserts, etc.), no returns are accepted.

We cannot accept returns on food products for health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged product or notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@mycafegourmands.com. We will evaluate each case individually and make every effort to resolve the issue.
